Chris Schoon is a pastor, ministry consultant, leadership formation coach, and co-owner of Lamp Post Consultants. He has served in denominational leadership roles, been a pastor in Canada and the U.S., and has taught ministry, mission, and leadership courses in graduate and undergraduate settings. Along with his consulting and coaching work, Chris is currently the preaching pastor at First Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan.
