Christy Berghoef is a contemplative photographer, pilgrimage leader, mindfulness practitioner, worship leader, writer, speaker, civil discourse consultant, mother of four, and gardener. She lives in Holland, Michigan where she and her husband are church planters. She recently completed her DMin in The Sacred Art of Writing at Western Theological Seminary. Her upcoming book, Rooted: A Memoir of Homecoming, will be released in May of 2025. She has previously authored the spiritual memoir Cracking the Pot: Releasing God from the Theologies that Bind Him
