Doug Basler is the pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Grimes and Union Park Presbyterian Church in Des Moines, Iowa. He recently completed a degree from the Eugene Peterson Center for Christian Imagination at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan. Doug and Katie have three children and when they're not on the sidelines watching youth sports, they love to read, hike, travel, and since moving to Iowa have picked up long-distance cycling.
