Kat Schulte
Kat Schulte is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Kat started her career after completing her B.A. in Psychology, Religion, and Gender Studies from Hope College. After returning from a season of life and work in Hong Kong managing hundreds of volunteers, Kat earned her certification as a Strengths Coach from the Gallup Organization. Kat has also completed her Cultural Intelligence Certification from the Cultural Intelligence Center, and is a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West. Kat joined the team at AG Collaborative in 2019 where she heads the team’s Strengths Initiatives while also coaching and facilitating.
