Dr. Laurie Furlong is a professor of biology at Northwestern College (Orange City, Iowa) where she teaches courses in ecological sciences. Dr. Furlong holds a doctorate in ecology, evolution and marine biology. She teaches General Biology, Invertebrate Zoology, Plant Taxonomy, and Aquatic Ecology. She also teaches for the Creation Care Study Program and the Au Sable Institute of Environmental Studies.
