Matt Ackerman is a pastor at the Campus Chapel, the Christian Reformed Church campus ministry at the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor. A graduate of Calvin College and Princeton Theological Seminary, he has been involved in campus ministry in some capacity for most of his life. He is married to Marianne, a special education teacher. They have two daughters and are also foster parents.
