Habeeb G. Awad is the international student advisor in the Center for Global Engagement and an Adjunct Faculty in Political Science at Hope College. In addition, he teaches Arabic to Hope students. He is an ordained minister of Word and Sacrament in the Reformed Church in America. Habeeb is married to Ellen, with two lovely children, Sophie and Simon. He attends Third Reformed Church in Holland, loves to travel and meet people, enjoys reading Arabic literature, the Adventures of Tintin, biking, and watching science fiction movies.
