Born just south of Chicago and raised in Northwest Iowa, Kim's life has been immersed in the Reformed tradition. Following in her parent's footsteps, she became an educator, spending 30 years teaching English at Christian colleges. Now she is self-employed at Kim's Writing & Editing Service, where she works on everything from blogs to books out of her home in Sioux Center, IA. In her spare time she enjoys the arts, distance running, traveling with her spouse Jerry, and her role as "Mimi" to her grandchildren.
