He is the author of Shame Unmasked: Disarming the Hidden Driver Behind Our Destructive Decisions, and the forthcoming book The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth: Reimagining What It Means to Be Great (Again). Rick has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Western Michigan University and a masters of divinity and doctor of ministry degree from Western Theological Seminary.
