Dave Medema is a (mostly) retired executive leadership coach and consultant who builds organizational health and grows emotionally intelligent leaders. He has many years of experience in the political arena, serving in policy positions in the Michigan State Senate and with multiple advocacy groups and political action committees at the state and national levels. He currently serves as an appointed official on the Kent County Road Commission. A graduate of Calvin College, Dave possesses an MSW from Arizona State University, and studied at New Brunswick and Western Theological Seminaries. Dave resides in Rockford, Michigan with his wife, Fenna Diephuis.
